Tried first time. Did 4 transaction. First transaction was sucesfull and for reaming 3 money was not transferred to recipient while it showing successful in app. And customer care is not helping. I have to transfer money for some emergency but app sucks. Govt made app but not know how to run it like other bank app. Just hate it
Please launch feature in app for business current account with limited funds. Fund limit can be set by owners(20k or 50k) and staff can handle the app and do daily transaction for local expenses of freight n petty purchase etc. Instantly all cash expenses of company can be converted to cashless.
First of all, i would be glad if you could just provide the users, ability to register with otp (In case the user doesn't have the sim in the phone, in which the app is running). For the second issue, even though my number is registered with my bank account and i get every transaction sms and everything, this app still denies that my mobile number is linked with any bank account. Get this sorted and I'll happily rate it 5 star.
My phone number is linked with two banks SBI & Central Bank of India but I'm only able to log in with Central Bank of India account. If I try to log in with my SBI bank account then app says "account doesn't exist" or "Transaction declined". Please fix the issue ASAP.
This app should be more interactive like if I want to make my bill payments through this app , the instructions should be there. Help section should be there on the app to submit queries and feedback.. I downloaded this app to make my credit card, phone bill and other bills payment but it has been three months and I m still trying to figure out how to make these payments apart from this this s not being used by merchants so it's very hard to find any one or any shop where I can use this app
I had done a transaction of RS 9000 through bhim app yesterday and money has been deducted from my account but not credited to whom I was sending. There is no any helpline number for bhim app and bank is also not responding. I've been constantly calling bank customer care since last 20 hours but none of call has been picked up yet. What should I do now??
