Why we can't send money to the same account not more than two times? Why you have imposed such restriction? Why there is a limit of ₹10000. Govt promoting a cashless economy then why so much restriction? And it can't be configured without ATM/Debit card. If we can configure our account without ATM/Debit card it will be helpful. But the app is working very well. If we can book ticket or pay bill through this app, the usability of this app will increase.
This app not working properly. Even amount is dedicated from my account. But not credited to merchant account. And when I talk to hdfc bank help line he was told me problem from merchant side. In that way i was loss ₹2050/-. Can any one help me? This transaction maid on 6th may around 5PM.
It was working fine for me but few days back my relative transferred an amount of 5k which did not get reversed and also did not get credited in account. My relative reported the issue but no response was received from your end. He also went to his bank to check with them but they informed that the amount has already been deducted, please resolve the issue asap.
I have an account in State bank of India and I have a maestro debit card which doesn't have validity date. So when I try to register UPI PIN this app is asking mandatorily to enter the validity month and year. When this card doesn't have expire date then how can we enter the those details. Due to this I am unable to use this app. It's a serious bug. Resolve this issue then it will become very useful.
Kindly upgrade it to meet mutilple channel of mobile recharge, DTH recharge, and insurance, EB, Gas, Water, paying tax features in this app BHIM, bring India into digital revolution and being fine example to world transform our economy, uplift our poor people through eradicate cash transactions which are not traceable. Initiate of NCPI under our Govt wonderful, keep go on. We people are with our Govt Initiatives. One more suggestion, we can see transaction history of only happens in BHIM app, not able to see which we deposit in bank in transaction history. So kindly work toward bring entries in bank transaction history which was not happen using BHIM app.
Merchants are facing issue because they have got mobile number linked with savings as well as current account of shop. Right now, BHIM simply declines to even show account numbers, giving message that mobile number is linked to account with two different named account. Obviously shop name is different than individual name. I found that most of the merchants are facing this issue. Need to rectify this asap. Also, how can a staff take money from customer and verify it too ? If Owner is not there, BHIM is useless for merchants.
