I sent money to friend on 2 may 2017 and still not transfered in his acount but amount got deducted from my account. Raised issue within bhim app but still not resolved and query is still open, enen after 1 month. Dont know their customer care no. n email. Bakwas app. And bit.ly/contactbhim is not working. You people just copy paste and reply... I have already submitted details there but still issue not resolved.
Yesterday my father was transferring money to my account through app. Since he was new to the system, just after entering the upi it got debited and not transferred. Upi address he entered was my name which is not my upi address. Now I am trying since morning to customer care for help. No body is entertaining the call. This app is not at all suitable for transactional purpose because if any mistake happen, nobody is here to help or guide.
slik and simple however since last 3 days i am unable to login at first atTempt. i have to try atleast 20 times before i could gain access. is it something to do with my phone or ur server. network seems to not an issue as i am on broadband with good net speed... may be some bug.... pl correct asap. i love the app it just so simple. and getting better day by day.
1.Red snackbar just come without written anything and my account was not added 2. Unnecessary charges me for message. 3. When not using mastero. Display of number was distorted. Worst development of app. Disgusting
I'm using multiple bank accounts but for my ability account I'm unable to set up . As even I'm entering correct debit card details erroring that to enter correct details... From last 2 weeks I'm facing this problem..
My debit card had been lost, so acquired new debit card with new details from SBI. Trying to set UPI pin using new card details, but always error msg occur 'wrong card details'. My 1000 rs is in that app as my frnd by mistake send that to me on my mobile number, to return that transaction also UPI pin requires...Trying to contact BHIM app via phone number and email but nobody picks up or respond my msg. Worst service at its best
