One of the standout feature of app was its simple friendly UI, but the latest update has really made a mess of it. Too much of changes, colors, scrolling all have impacted the user friendliness of the app. After the new update, I am unable to find the "Manage Beneficiary" menu, which was available earlier. To find the transaction history, now I have to scroll to menu, which was previously available on home screen.

I have been using this app for 3 years. Recently I have been facing re-registration issues. Suddenly the app is telling me to re-register. After receiving the OTP, it goes into auto reading it, but it is unable to do so. All permissions are provided. Also the manual OTP is disabled in this version of the update. On touching the empty boxes of the OTP nothing happens, and after a few tries it has locked me out for 24 hours. This is happening for the last three days and causing inconvenience.

As already noted by multiple users, this app is forever stuck at registration and doesn't even allow one to navigate other areas of the app. I think this would be the first UPI app to crash before it lands. Bad first time experience, probably my last. Quite unfortunate, but when it comes to financial matters, even a minute error could prove fatal. Sorry to part with you guys this way but it was inevitable.
