latest issue in Jun25 and past column shows issued older than Oct24. Where are magazines between Sep25 to May26? App does not work.

Customer service is abysmal. It's been half a month since my subscription but have still not gotten a hard copy. When I try to reach out to the person who guided me for making payment (customer service), i was met with no responses. His name is Mr. Basu Sagar who despite several messages sent of enquiry didn't even bother to reply even after having read my messages. Right from the start the experience has been very distasteful to say the least. Will not recommend to anyone.

Whereas the app is good, the company is a big con. I took subscription for two years in 2022 and that was the disasterous decision for me because the position I took after DSIJ recommendations, has led me my 33% portfolio minus and It has been 2 years plus. For a layman like me, who believed on their expertise, has left me in a bitter taste. The market has given return but the scripts recommended by this company are down 20-70%. Will recommend users not to take subscription, you may lose money.
