About this app

Extempers are always reading, and oftentimes they are reading on their phone. Now, you can easily save mobile web articles to Prepd's Library application. If you want to save the articles to Extemp folders or Congress bills, simply visit the Library on your computer and recategorize the articles.

Ratings and reviews

It's not opening. Even when I have an internet connection, a pop-up comes saying No internet connection. And that's usually accompanied by a white screen with nothing else. The orange screen is only on for a few seconds too.

The app is fantastic there just needs to be a way to download articles just like in the chrome extension.

It worked well for debate, but it takes a lot of space to download to use offline in tournaments.
