This app is very useful. It sets the tone for the day. My mind is empowered by the daily affirmations in the morning. My peace and calm are maintained throughout the day by the continual nudges from the app. At night, I listen to the meditations for sleep. The other different meditations can be listened to at various times of the day and they are powerful and enlightening. The kids' section is very helpful and interesting too. I shall recommend everyone to get this app and avail the benefits.
