Our first trip was very good, and the booking went smooth. However, when I'm trying to use my 'referral code' in my friends' devices, it's just not working, showing 'something seems to be wrong'. I tried to use the 'chat with us' in the app, but the 'Help' section is not even opening, showing some webpage error. Please fix it soon.

this is the 2nd time i didn't get my boarding pass cus they said they had some technical issue. i used this app to ease my journey during boarding so that i wont have to tebus ticket anymore. if this thing keeps happening, this app has no difference with the others lah. lagi satu, i don't get that refund for boarding pass generation(i cant find it anywhere) i dont know where to reached out for inquiry because everytime I send email, there's no response from the authorities, which makes me wonder

Disappointing experience - Payment was successfully made via Google Pay, and I received a reference number, but no booking confirmation, ticket details, or PNR. I updated the app and logged in using both phone numbers (login number and booking number), yet the ticket is not visible. No proper customer support option — only FAQs. Very frustrating since the payment is deducted. Please clarify booking/refund status and improve support.
