Great to travel and book seats with Red Bus every thing about the service is great. But there can always be room for improvement, The live tracking is not accurate and it requires to more updated, in the era of internet and Al this shouldn't be a problem and i trust the team Red Bus Can definitely fix it. Plus it would be great if redbus provides with some coupons and rewards. Thank you overall the service is good.

Very bad experience with booked bus and customer care response. The app might be good in best case scenario where everything goes according to the plan, but as soon as some thing goes wrong this app can't be trusted. Booked a bus which got cancelled mere 3 hours before the journey, no accountability moreover the refund was also not given completely, deducted the discount and service tax(for a service which wasn't even taken) from from final refund.

i have travelled more than four times and i have feeled good experience with Hans Travells. But i think cleanliness of bed need better or cover of the bed should be changed. Overall good experience. All staffs having good and supporting nature. One thing say to you to Hans Travels is it possible to change bus timing for the bus which is from Indore to Vapi. It may possible around 6.00 PM lest I could go to office by time. Pls do the needful if possible. Thanks again to Hans Travels and Team
