The service provided was good, but now when it came to refund, they are not processing it. I gave them the correct account number but they said it wasn't a correct account number. So I rectified the account number which was never updated in their systems. I have called them nth times and as soon as I mention the refund, they disconnect the call. I have mailed them more than 10 times, but no response. Finally once they picked up the call and said you'll receive the money today. I asked them to tell me the account number, to my surprise they still had the old wrong account number. When I asked them to correct the account number, they disconnected the call and now I've been calling them for more than 2 hours and they are not reachable. They were really good with things but now they've spoiled it all. I have started to think its a fake company. My money seems lost, hope I can save others.
Overall Experience: Good. The car provided was well maintained and in very good conditon(Rear camera, audio systems with BT connectivity). However punctuality in both delivery and return needs to be improved. Calls from customers needs to be attended promptly. Only after mutiple times i was able to talk to the personnel.
False error message. Everytime I try to make a booking within the booking hours of between 5am to 11:30 pm , the app does not allows to proceed further with an error of the timing .
Unnecessary error message I'm trying to fetch details of available cars for my travel plan, instead of some valid details be it sold out or whatsoever, its showing me this error message - "Your transaction has failed please try again later". Now, does this message even make any sense at this place ?
Car provided was good but company charged unnecessary and huge amount even when you haven't damage any thing. Refund and reply to your any mails are delayed by almost a month. Company charged me 15000 on my card after 45 days of my booking and that to without informing me . Worst ever experienced in my life. No body picks up when you call on their support number. Even when we busy tone on number . They even didn't think of calling back you again.Very unprofessional company .
Extremely bad experience with Selfdrive.in I booked Duster 4WD for 5 nights. They gave me a car with no headlights. It was mistake on my part that I thought I am dealing with a fair business front and hence didn't checked thoroughly before accepting the vehicle. In evening, when I realised that the headlight was broken, I got to knew their staff already knew about it. They asked me to get it fixed. I was in middle of nowhere and had to drive back 50kms to find a mechanic, who was unable to fix it. I had to change my plan and cancel my booking and stay in the city. Next day I took it to another mechanic annd than Duster service center and finally a third mechanic who got it fixed. It coated my my two days, and the whole trip was ruined. I paid Rs 3100 for the repairs, which these swindlers refused to pay afterwards. They only paid me less than half the amount. The management is extremely reckless in dealing with customers. They will give you cars with issues in them while having knowledge of the issues but hiding from you. Stay away from them.
