The support service for Shadowfax delivery partners is very poor. There is no easily accessible customer care number, and there is no clear information about where delivery partners can go for support. If we face issues related to payments, bank details, account, app, or work, it is very difficult to get proper assistance. We work as delivery partners for the company, so there should be a proper and easily accessible support system. Please provide a dedicated customer care number, proper partner

This is the worst and worst I have ever seen. My order is out for delivery for past 4 day and yet no one picks up the phone no one replied.on top of that they say they have contacted me and I did not respond but the truth is when call they never pick the call and once they picked they ended the call. No way to get help and you guys are putting a false help page on the tracking page. I am pretty sure it does nothing. no one contacts you back.

Very horrible experience.Poor service and unreliable delivery commitments. Would not recommend. there is no customer service available. don't go with shadowfax.Very Bad experience with delivery and pickup. They took a very long time to deliver my order... that's okay but when I wanted to return the same order it took almost 8 to 10 days for pickup. They have no proper pickup service, pickup also done by other delivery partners. there's no option to complain to them .
