Installed close to a year and this app keeps stopping recently and won't open. Cleared cache and storage, reinstalled, and still not working. On the latest Android OS. When it was working, couldn't move between screens if timer is running which should allow to do. The other SGI-USA app isn't better - crashed after they applied an update. -12/09/23 Thanks for the quick response. Reinstalled and still same issue. Will try later. Responsive developer.

The UI could be so much better... Love the app for how the daily gosho and Sensei's messages get updated daily and the daimoku tracking works really well... It's frustrating though that the date doesn't automatically get updated when you open the app, mine is always running 2 days behind... When you start/stop chanting you shd be able to go to the gongyo page directly from the diamoku tracking page... Also, would love a better sounding bell

I am very glad that this app exists. I like that it is a labour of love and doesn't have a paid "pro" version. However it has some problems. Firstly, it crashes a lot. This could be mitigated with time stamps on every start, pause or restart, so that crashed sessions would not be lost. There are also quite a lot of issues with the user interface. For instance, the pause and stop buttons are far too small; and it is easy to accidentally touch the screen and lose your chanting session instantly.
