Absolutely disgusting service. I have taken moonwalker plan in December 2015 it worked well till now. But now from past 1 week my net goes off in night after 12 am & starts again in morning. Customers care takes the complaint, but nobody followup with that... one should think twice before a new connections with them. It's a waste on my money & time.
Real motherfukkerr Don't use these ppl service.. They are worst in every area. Waste of money, slow Internet, uneducated ppl are sitting in technical support... I can punch on there face if they talk to me face to face . Very bad service... Don't waste your money guys..this is my first and last subscription..
WORST WORST WORST 1. My Internet was not working / facing issues of frequently disconnection from two months and still they have not resolved it. 2. So many calls and complaints made but the response is very slow. 3. technicians visit after a week or two. 4. Performance of Internet is good as per the plan selected but customer service is very poor. Even if a minor issue comes you will struggle a lot to get it resolved. 5. To reach to customer care also takes 30-40 min hold time. 6. Overall WASTE OF MONEY AND TIME
Be safe This is the worst Internet service provider i have ever met . Everyday their are issues regarding Internet. When u call their customer care service u have to wait for 10mins in que and than the stupid guy receive ur call and as usual they say it's raining so we are having issues. In summer season also they claim its raining😬
Nothing can be so WORST DNA App and their Service are one and the same, keeps crashing. They call them Engineers is incorrect, right word is government Chaprasi's. They don't want to work may be DNA does not pay them either. Poor call centre agents have to bear clients frustrating calls. I subscribed for 6 months and paid in advance. At least 1 week in each month was a waste as Internet not working without any reason. To fix the issue with them is like winning world cups. It's a way of earning as DNA wasted my 45 days in 6 months.
Worst service They always use to say router bandh karke chalu Karo. But it never worked. Always different statement given by different executive some one says area network is OK only your issue and some one will say area issue fooling people in name of service by using monopoly.
