Really 3rd class Internet provider. I think we should circulate this on social media , so that other people can stay away from such pathatic Internet service provider. From 28th Aug 17 till 2nd September no net available at nalasopara west . called several times on help line but no use gets standard ratta answer. Least care about customer. Definitely will write to ministry of telecommunications.
Really unsatisfied with DNA infotel. Customer executive not supporting proper services. And they charging for 30th days and we get net uses for 10 to 15 days only. I rated this for *
Worst internet provider at Vasai and Virar and also the customer care support they always say our technical department solve your complain shortly but they take 10 to 15 day

Rewriting my review again. As long as this is working it's fine but when there is some issue in internet need to relax for at least a week's time .nothing from the complaints address department .Though your online complaints feature is good but does it really matter to your concerned department . They close it's on their own without even solving the issue.
Worst internet providers . Internet speed is also slow . Provide worst after sales service take more than a week to solve issue. Just hate it
