Speed Problem, Frequent Disconnection, No Power Back up, Above this Highly Qualified Technical staff who visits and solved the problems just on paper. Within 24 Hrs u will just get SMS that your problems has been solved. That's it. After reading that SMS you have to again lodge the the same complaint.
Worst service ever.. thy dnt hve backup service in virar west .. no 1 ready to accept bckup. even if u hve inverter connected to intrernet still not working .. cust care is pathetic

Rewriting my review again. As long as this is working it's fine but when there is some issue in internet need to relax for at least a week's time .nothing from the complaints address department .Though your online complaints feature is good but does it really matter to your concerned department . They close it's on their own without even solving the issue.
