Pathetic service and pathetic people. Service is really bad. people working are rude. they dont know how to talk with their customers and more over dont know how to talk to females. we had monthly 380 rs plan, when we gave 400 rs person who had come said he doesn't have change and remaining money will be adjusted in next month bill. When next month same person comes to collect monthly payment talked rudely when asked about last month pending money and talked rudely with my mother saying females dont have any work to do!! i cant even imagine talking so rudely with anyone and regarding so less of a woman. This repeated yet again that the person coming for monthly collection of payment refused to give change and talked rudely. when my sister said that this month she will not pay the bill until she will not get change and then when talked into their service centre female who picked up the call said that you must have said something wrong and otherwise will cancel your connection. i mean is this the way one talks to their customers? Also this person who goes for taking money on monthly basis may be taking 10 rs extra every time he visits to wherever he goes which is absolutely wrong
Total waste !!! Connection on and off constantly . Cannot even attach a small file before it goes out. Very very slow. Slower than 2g. The switch you connected on our terrace is out in the rain. Inspite of repeated complaints you dont listen. Also you promised a agreed sum of money to the society for using our electricity for ur switch/router for the society. Its been since 2012 not a single amount received. In society meeting we will decide whether to keep ur switch or not. Sorry to have subscribed with you.
Never keeps their word 90% downtime hardly an hour you can enjoy your net surfing smoothly even low quality 144p video quality gets on buffering no benefits only attractive pricing that's all no after services no customer support complaints lodged today will be answered after 3 days better stay away.
Out of 365 days 250 days their server is down. Hopeless service and 3rd class people.
App Ko to update kar diya jara aap ne net ke speed ka bhi update kar do...
Worst Service Provider Problems will occur if you opt for Homenet service - Slow Internet, No internet ( from a day to even a month), they will not receive your call during there is no net, no net due to technical issues ( far from other service providers) , bad service , if you go to office for complaining they will insult you and tell not our fault, etc.. all in - plz find other internet service provider.
