The app is very good, I have used many apps from Aeps but this one is unique Its interface is very good.But there's a problem: after every transaction, you have to re-open the app and log in again. If you do it from the phone that has the SIM card, it will automatically access it.But if you log in to another mobile then you will have to generate OTP every time, this is a very frustrating task.I would like to request the developer of Spice Money to resolve this issue soon.

Very disappointing experience. AEPS Cash Withdrawal is not working and repeatedly shows “RISK THRESHOLD EXCEEDED”. I contacted customer support several times and followed their instructions, but the issue is still unresolved. Please fix the problem and provide proper customer support. Based on my experience, I would not recommend taking a Spice Money ID.

I took out a daily EMI loan from Spice Money and made the payments on time. However, I am currently facing difficulties and have some outstanding dues that I am unable to pay. Although I have assured the loan provider that I will clear the remaining amount, they call me daily and harass me. Furthermore, they use abusive language and have obtained the phone numbers of my relatives without authorization, calling and harassing them as well. They speak to me using foul language and threaten.
