I am trying to reset my login PIN, but the automatic OTP-reading feature is completely useless. The OTP arrives on the same phone, yet the app still cannot detect or enter it automatically. Please do not test incomplete features in the main app. Create a separate beta app for experiments because users do not have time to deal with such frustrating problems. Kindly fix this issue and make the OTP process work properly.

nice app great services but some big issues like many service charges like voice alert, money transfer ekyc charge, and big problem printer not connecting, which is also working in same mobile with other apps but spice money says please connect valid printer. retailer can buy printer from anywhere but it says only our printer working.

Initially, my ID was working properly, but later it started showing "Agent Inactive" and "INVALID GEO CODE" errors. For the last 4–5 months, I have completed every process requested by customer support, including LATLONG photo submission, GPS verification, error screenshots, and all required documents.
