Every time the new content is updated in the app, My video screen shows black and only audio is playing. I tried everything by removing cache memory, installed the app again, but the same thing is happening. It was a really horrible experience because I have been facing this for the last one month.

Besides from having too many ads on paid content, the app is good

If you're downloading a movie or any other file in the background and check on it to find it's not downloading, you may try pausing and resuming. However, pausing will cause the download to fail, requiring a restart. This cycle might repeat and result in data loss. Unfortunately, this workaround is necessary because the download won't continue unless you pause and allow it to fail.
