Giving extra star because there prices are very controlled (or maybe just 10-20 rs lower than their competitors). The big issue with them is that they don't give cutlery with food. So if you are out of your home and you don't want to spend 10 rs more, be ready to eat with hands. Pro tip: my friend orders noodles, they come in plastic disposable box, so you can actually cut the plastic lid with scissors and use it as a spoon. Very handy.

I’ve had a very frustrating experience with my last two orders. One order had issues with the food quality, and the next one had missing items. When I tried reaching out for help, the support section simply acknowledged the issue with a “thank you” and closed it off, stating there was nothing that could be done. To make matters worse, customer support appears to be fully automated, with no way to speak to an actual person to resolve genuine issues. This is extremely disappointing.

This has been one of the worst experiences I've had with a food delivery app. I received an order I never placed a few days ago — completely random items I didn’t even ask for. On top of that, when I actually placed an order, it was missing several items, and the rest was cold and poorly packed.To make things worse, their prices are ridiculously high compared to other apps.
