absolutely disgusting experience. i ordered a combo meal, but the delivery partner didn't deliver my food. i constantly tried to reach out to the delivery partner and customer service for 1 hour but i received no response. i placed another order and cancelled the previous one. just then i was contacted by the customer service almost 2 hours later. they gave me a coupon to use as a compensation, but since then i can't even use the coupon for my next orders. horrible experience! i am so pissed.

Swiggy is a reliable food delivery app with a wide range of restaurants and quick service. I had some issues earlier with delays and order mix-ups, but the experience has improved over time. The interface is easy to use, and real-time tracking is helpful. Discounts and offers make ordering more affordable. Customer support has also improved, making issue resolution smoother. Overall, it’s an okay platform that has gotten better, and I’m now happy using it.

Worst experience ever. I had placed an order and there was no rider available and i waited till 11pm in the night but still order was not delivered. And I got a message to cancel the order as there was no rider then I cancelled the order and I have been charged with cancellation fee. Simple and easy way to trap the customers. Please don't do such things.
