Ratings and reviews

I noticed a discrepancy in Swiggy's calculation. When I manually calculated the amount, it was 470, but the app displayed 590. After applying a coupon claiming an 80 rupees discount, the total I paid was 510. It seems like there might be an issue with the pricing. I would appreciate it if you could investigate this matter to ensure transparency. Thank you.

I had given 5 stars before because both Swiggy Food and Swiggy Instamart was working seamlessly for me. But giving it 2 stars now because Swiggy all of a sudden decided to stop Instamart delivery to my location. I really used to use Instamart a lot and loved it's quick and efficient delivery. But having this stopped at my Primary location (Home) is very disappointing and even the customer care executive didn't get back with proper response as to why it was stopped.

Everything good till an issue arise. Swiggy fail the customer completely when there is a delivery issue. I recently had a very bad experience when the items are not delivered fully. Nobody took responsibility!! "Great app with some basic flaws. First of all the distance shown wrong and often the delivery charge is calculated based on the wrong distance. In my case it's hardly 600 mts and the app shows 4km. Another drawback is it shows additional charge saying it's raining when it is not!!.
