I was charged the entire order amount as a "cancelation fee" because apparently my delivery agent "could not find my address". They did not bother to reach out once. Swiggy customer support is absolutely USELESS. Pathetic experience. Be careful when using Swiggy. Preferably use alternatives. Developer Responding: I already emailed swiggy social multiple times. What more do you want me to do? They don't bother to respond. Is there someone else I can contact?

Order would not go through half the time. When it finally did, the driver canceled the order after reaching the destination, and I was charged. They need to provide better training to their delivery partners and need better management overall. I would not recommend this service. RESPONSE TO SWIGGY'S MESSAGE BELOW. I've already reached out and provided you the information you requested. You responded by asking for the same information again....

This service sucks!!!!! I had ordered from a restaurant and I received only half of the order. Half of it was missing. When I reported the issue on helpline, they kept me waiting for minutes on end while the food I ordered just kept getting colder. Every few minutes I was demanded to send more photos of the items I did receive because of which I couldn't even touch my food. Ultimately, no conclusion from their end and they ended the conversation while I was sent to click more photos. Horrible!!
