Customer service can be more helpful and the Delivery executives should be able to carry change in case of "Cash on Delivery". When i had approached the customer service about this issue they had told me that i can't expect the delivery executive to carry change on COD purchases. Then am i supposed to expect change when I'm paying through card ? (Kuch Bhi ?) This is just gross negligence and needs to be rectified

I used this app for the first time . Honestly speaking the delivery and time was perfect and I have no issues. But the reason for 1 star is payment method. 1) I sync my Paytm account . While placing order I used the code "SWIGGYGB75" for reduction of 75₹ and during payment I clicked Paytm option since the option of 15% payback option for the first time user. No pop up message is shown during which will be used. When I used the coupon it showed 385₹ something . Bt after I payed using Paytm it changed to 410₹ ( money not sure in both cases ) . Seriously I am feed up. And as soon as I clicked pay option no pre pop up window asked for confirmation. Suddenly I see no option to cancel my order. Note : still now I didn't receive my cash back of 15% to my Paytm account. Please solve as soon as possible.

Delivery takes 30rs which is not high and every time i ordered, i got good food. They also pass the message which you write. If you write there asking for more ketchup packets., etc you will definately get them. In terms of offers, this app isn't very good. You get to use any offers such as the free delivery etc. But once you use one of the offers, you will be considered as a regular customer and not a new customer. Resulting you not able to use most of the good offers. In my case, i sat on the internet for about an hour to find a good coupon but you wont get it. It will tell you that the offer is only for new customers. Although there are some offers which are good and dont require one to be a new customer which are the limited use offers. Once they get finished, you wont get any single coupon.so dont try to find them on the internet. Have a nice day.

Swiggy's service has improved a lot in the past few weeks. I am really happy with the service. Good job guys! I am giving 4 stars because there is a reason. There is a reason. The reason is sometimes when I order food the delivery boys call me & ask my location. Thats really pathetic sometimes, I mean how can they ask me the same question everytime I order. And sometimes after my explanation about my exact location, the delivery boys do not understand a word. Please improve this guys,then I will surely give you 5 stars. But overall the service is great!

I wd hv given a 5 star... As like it very much... But haven't got any services to my place... Please try to connect the outskirts of kolkata a little bit... As am belonging to location near santoshpur railway station , kolkata near to taratala.. but getting out of the service zone for a time distance of 15 minutes from there.... I would be glad if you guys sort out someway to extend your delivery services to my location.. nd ofcourse waiting for the reply!!

Hey, sorry to disappoint you. We request you to let us know more about your experience by writing a mail to swiggysocial@swiggy.in so that we can make our service worth 5 stars. Delivery takes 30rs which is not high and every time i ordered, i got good food. They also pass the message which you write. Although swiggy is a good app, for delivery it really needs to hear up on their customer service. There have been times that we have not received any order for two hours. Times that the delivery guy would be seen eating right outside our house and then when we call, they say we don't recognise your area. Also my house address is different.

The worst food delivery app that I've used. This app doesn't get anything done in the first go, and I've not yet been able to add my address to it. Tech savy much? Better stick to the old typing out the address, if you can't develop a feature perfectly, than using GPS to detect automatically. Couldn't even place my first order after various attempts. Had to resort to foodpanda eventually.

Now the location is not picking up properly. My location on this app shows few streets away which makes the delivery boy a bit difficult to spot the location. More over i would like to type in my full address so that the street name can be put in correctly, my street name is different from the name displayed on Swiggy app. Need to correct that too. Even Google map its not the exact one.

The swiggy service overall is quite good and I'm a frequent customer of it. The food order experience was good each time and delivery speed is good. Things I would wish to have- it will be nice if I can read reviews about each hotel/restaurant while ordering the food. It will genuinely help others. Another thing is- I stay in Kolkata and each time I order food, the delivery person asks me route to reach my home. Once or twice is fine, but explaining the same thing again and again is irritating. May be you can implement a tracking system like Ola & Uber so that the delivery executive can reach the destination without much fuss. Hope it makes sense.

Swiggy made us wait for an hour and more and then call us to say that they don't want to deliver within a 4 km radius after 8.30 as one of their boy's phone was robbed last week. Initially it good but now its of no use. I know this place is just for app review but where do i vent my frustration? There customer support never answers. They dont have enough delivery executives still they take your order. Most of the time food gets delivered late. Due to less executive in area less restaurants will be serviceable. Concept was good but in no time standard dropped. Let one more competitor enter the market and swiggy will be out. Why should i pay for late and cold food. App uninstalled!!!

Useless, pathetic, highly unreliable. Absolute zero regard for customer's money. Hopeless delivery executives who are scared to deliver at 9pm because there is a cemetery on the way. Irresponsible customer care that doesn't bother to communicate their inconvenience to deliver even hours after placing the order. And FYI this has happened multiple times. As if all that isn't enough, the refund from the cancellation they initiated goes into Swiggy Money!!

Worst food delivery app... It's been several times I have placed an order on swiggy but never it has happened that order was placed and delivered smoothly. Once swiggy app confirms your order ; you get a call from delivery agent that order items are not available!!! And their delivery time of 40 mins additionally comes with an hour of troubleshooting time!!!

I'm not usually one to order food from an app but this is my first time doing so and I must say Swiggy's service is pretty good. The food arrives on time with the exception of an occasional delay of five minutes max. The people who deliver the food are super friendly and nice. The food's even better. Great job.

I have cancelled my last order and the executive has confirmed that my money will be refunded to my bank account through which I have placed my order. But now the amount is in my swiggy money and I have not received any intimation regarding the refund. I tried calling and chatting with the customer care but no one is responding. The executive informed me that the money will be credited back to my bank account within 24 hours but still I haven't received any confirmation in this.

The team seems to be loosing it's grip on the orders, delivering incomplete orders. Seems to be happening a lot more often in the recent weeks, and created a REALLY bad experience where, the delivery executive claimed that he delivered the food but I hadn't received it, upon checking with the service center and the customer executive directing the delivery executive to come back to my place to sort the issue in question, the delivery executive shows up with the food that needed to be delivered. This is no hoax, I have substantial evidence to back my claims. This could well lead to the demise of swiggy if swiggy doesn't get it's act together.

Great app for foodies!! Hands down the best available. However, my only grouse is when it rains, mysteriously all your service executives go offline and none of the restaurants are serviceable. We will surely take your point into consideration and will get it rectified. Very bad of late. Huge delay in deliVery time and the customer executive blames on the app not working. Delay by 3 times the original delivery time is simply not acceptable. But the customer must not be troubled unduly for such reasons. Giving future discount is not solution to compensate. Instead make the app robust so such things don't occur again.

They are unprofessional, they do not have any hold over the restaurants. Also, If you check out the menu of restaurant then you will find that swiggy is charging much higher. Also, their customer service is bad, they do not give any resolution. They just say we can refund your amount but they do not understand that sometimes refund is not a solution as they wasted precious 40-50 mins of customer at the meal time. Beware customers!

Hey Vikram, we do have special instructions tab where you can input such personalized instructions and we will surely try to forward the same to the outlets to follow the same and deliver the food your desire. Had a first time experience With swiggy which resulted in a bad service. 53min mentioned time and after 1hour delivery guy reaches for pickup, when I ask for cancellations I get response that my order is not available with restaurant. How can one give me order confirmation without checking their inventory. Thinking of Uninstalling it.worst delivery service. 3rd time and same issue. Delivery guy doesn't connect with the client.

Hey Karan, we are looking into this and contacting you on your registered email id with a resolution shortly. Asked me to call them to verify my order within 15 minutes. I waited 15 minutes and no one picked up the customer support line. Then my order got cancelled. The restaurant was then closed. Also, claimed to give me 50 Rs off for referral but I got no discount. Pathetic service!

Ordered food and no executive picks the order from the restaurant for over an hour after the restaurant confirms order, helpline numbers are not answered ever.
