worst app ever!!!!! they fool us by advertising 1 rupees cart but after 2 purchases it turns 9 rupees and the items are only very few. I didn't even receive my order but they automatically changed to delivered and I still have not received my refund FRAUD APP!!!! and when we called the delivery person he was saying that "I couldn't reach you it's just a few things cancel the order" what is this behaviour???

I am extremely disappointed with the Instamart app and the service I received. I tried my best to place an order because I urgently needed an emergency package, but every time I selected an item, it showed “Storage unavailable.” I tried multiple products and different options, but the same message kept appearing again and again. What is the point of having an emergency delivery service if the products are constantly unavailable when customers actually need them? This was incredibly frustrating,

Absolutely terrible customer service. I ordered multiple grocery items through this app, but one product was simply not delivered. When I contacted customer support to report the missing item, instead of investigating the issue or providing a proper resolution, they dismissed my complaint by labeling it a “wrong claim.” This is completely unacceptable. Customers pay for the products they order and should receive exactly what they paid for.
