1/5 stars - Disappointed with the sudden drop in service. Used to get deliveries at my place (just outside city) for 2 years, but now they say 'service temporarily unavailable'. Turns out they've just reduced their delivery area and it's not a temporary issue 😔. Works fine in city though. Not happy about this change, especially since it affects last-minute orders. Hope they reconsider their delivery zones.

I placed an order with several heavily discounted items. The app showed a 30-minute delivery estimate, and the order was packed within 10 minutes. After that, it kept saying a delivery partner would be assigned soon. Even after 40+ minutes, no partner was assigned. Customer support asked me to cancel due to unavailability. I’ve ordered many times before and never faced this. Very poor communication and wasted time.

Extremely disappointing and frustrating experience with Instamart. Every time I place an order, the app shows “delivery in 10 minutes,” but the delivery is always late 45 min and never comes on time. This feels like a fake promise just to attract customers. The worst part is that whenever I urgently need essentials, Instamart being unserviceable. This is not a one-day issue—today is the third consecutive day it has been showing unserviceable. Edit-its 7th day but Instamart is unserviceable💢💢..
