worst app ever!!!!! they fool us by advertising 1 rupees cart but after 2 purchases it turns 9 rupees and the items are only very few. I didn't even receive my order but they automatically changed to delivered and I still have not received my refund FRAUD APP!!!! and when we called the delivery person he was saying that "I couldn't reach you it's just a few things cancel the order" what is this behaviour???

Very poor customer care service. The call was kept on hold for several minutes each time, which is extremely frustrating. Also, during festivals or when banks offer discounts, customers are unable to place orders using the discounted rates. This issue needs to be addressed and improved. Very disappointing experience with the Instamart app.

I selected an item from the 1 rupees store. I paid the amount and placed the order. Now, the item from the 1 rupees store that I selected is no longer in the order list. The first time this happened, I thought maybe I'd have forgotten to add it. But, this time, I'm one hundred percent sure that I included. Yet here I am, deceived. The worst part is you can't even complain about this in the app. They have some list of complaints. You can only select those options. Very bad experience.
