They are approachable to customer relation services, they have unique system, fast delivery and pick up of boxes, they are telling schedules of vessel departures, loadings and cut off dates. They have the satisfying and recomendable services for all of the OFW around the world. Its my 1st time on sending cargo but I put my trust of my cargo to them. Most recommended cargo company.

I tried booking a box for delivery but after waiting for my appointed date I got no notification for the arrival of the box. So I called the company and they told me that it will only come after 3 days. So the app is a waste of time. They told me to update the app but I only just downloaded it 3 days ago so there was no new update. Please improve it.

I downloaded these apps 2 weeks ago. I have already applied twice to have my box picked up..always told that they will call in 2 to 3 days but no call was notified. Then it was updated to the new version but it didn't work. please fix it and improve it.
