first time use was good but the second time they literally duped me, after paying for trip up front, they called said they have stopped providing services within city n didn't even get ready for refund. If truly they stopped service why did the app let me book a trip and even pay for it, it should have blocked me fro. doing so. also no response from customer service.

Good user experience and easy to understand the flow of the business. Thanks wowtruck. Website background previous was good as compare to now it's not matching the contents because background was dominating more. Please change it.

it is very user friendly app and i love it more, The feature of driver tracking for entire trip and finally rate the customer to driver and invoice downloaded and share trip all of good.
