-:Pros I tried for a loan on most applications but couldn't get approval from any. Then I saw about the juct on YouTube, and I got a credit limit immediately. I really liked this, and I also got the services within a few days. -:Cons (1) It is understandable why a minimum purchase limit of ₹3000 feels like a disadvantage, as it restricts your freedom to buy only what you need. (2) You have to pay its cost on EMI as well. (3) And I personally did not like the customer care service of zest money

I am extremely disappointed with ZestMoney. The mandate setup has never worked for me even once — it always shows “limit exceeded” without any clear explanation. The chatbot is completely useless and fails to resolve real issues. Emails never receive a response, and there is no proper customer care support on calls, as no executive is available to assist. Overall, the service is unreliable and very frustrating. I would not recommend it at all.

I made an EMI payment yesterday via UPI, but it hasn't reflected in the app even after 24 hours. To make matters worse, I got randomly logged out, and now I can't log back in because no OTP is being sent to my registered mobile number. I've tried multiple times with different networks, but nothing works. This is extremely frustrating for existing customers who still have ongoing loans. There's no proper update or migration guidance in the app, and support them.
