Doesn't work for me. It generates forever and then say network problem when my network works fine everywhere else. sham

I will admit I didn't use the trial so the free version might be limited but I think it's poorly written software. I couldn't figure out what it is supposed to be used for. It's fun to look at almost real time expressions on a still image but if you can't use it for anything live then I'd much rather use good software that works on my saved video. Even the other after though AI tools seem inferior to others available. I've never given a two-star rating before but I can't justify more on this.

I purchased the 1-year premium subscription for the Expression Avatar app, but the paid features are not activated. The real-time face-swap still functions like a free version even after payment. I tried reinstalling, restoring purchases, and troubleshooting, but the premium features never unlocked. Since I did not receive the service I paid for, I am requesting a refund. Thank
