@indabaFit, we are convinced that the devil is in the details. Our app was created to help athletes improve their technique by understanding their faults, even tiny ones.
How it works?
1- The athlete fills in his profile and physical special features. Then he records himself with his smartphone camera and posts it through the indabaFit app.
2- Professional coaches in the indabaFit community analyze the athlete’s video and annotate it with drawings and audio. Then they send back the annotated video through the indabaFit app with a technique/mobility/strength rank (for ratio of improvement).
3-The athlete reviews all the feedback, drills, and analyses from various experts. He speaks with his local coach and adapts drills.
4- The athlete thanks coaches and uses the average movement rank received to measure his progress. Athletes and coaches sharing a common passion for the same sport are now connected! If this athlete is traveling and is close to the coach location, he could even register for a quick training...
