I have been using slice since a year and half. It was smooth and user friendly. However, since one month ago , when I try to login to my account an error pop up "Something went wrong" and I'm not able to login to my account neither repayment or borrow. I have raised concerns multiple times but no action was taken. Now the deadlines for my repayment is due and I'm trying to contact the support team to send me a repayment link to my email since 3hrs , no answer from customer support to my calls.

I like the app. But now the downloads are much faster and more stable. The app downloads much faster now. Also, when the app is syncing, you can't use it because it shuts down until it's completely finished. The sync would happen the moment you opened the app, started, closed, or completed an entry, so using it was a real pain. When you pause an entry, it actually stops, and those extra seconds would take a few seconds to enter, and those extra seconds were added to the entry.! Thanks Angel👏

While the Bank services and App are also good, some basic services are left off and I have communicated the same to Customer care also long back, but nothing happened. 1) No scheduled payment option in the SB Account. 2) Auto payment for the Slice credit card is not there !!! This is quite risky if we forget the date due to some reason even if we have cash to pay. I hope these basic features are taken care of at the earliest..
