Slice makes borrowing money quick and easy, and the app interface is smooth and user-friendly. However, their customer care service is extremely disappointing. When issues arise—especially serious ones like login problems or billing discrepancies—getting help or a proper response is a frustrating experience. The lack of support and communication really takes away from an otherwise helpful financial tool. Great for borrowing, but be prepared for poor customer service if something goes wrong.

Uses to be good. Now you can't withdraw your own money - must spend it using the card, which doesn't work in a lot of places. You are always charged for credit with no interest free period like a traditional credit card. And it needs permission to know what apps you have installed to give you more credit. I've had enough, gave them over a year to fix their stuff. I'm just gonna close my account after they enable the withdraw option
