Worst app. Never use this app. I ordered milk made sweet on 16 Jun. No app tracking facility available. Upon my email on 17, they replied that the order has been dispatched and will be delivered by 22. It means a milk made product will be delivered after 7 days which will be contaminated and not to be consumed. Now, I am not able to cancel that order. Worst worst app. Never install this app. Today, I received the ordered sweet which is contaminated and couldn't be consumed.
Ordered 2 boxes of Alfltoon, received only 1 box. Raised a complaint, shared pictures of the package, with and without outer plastic wrapping. the complaint is closed without even bothering to informing back and declaring products delivered are as ordered and in correct qty. Absolutely ridiculous customer support team. I was excited with the overall concept, but I absolutely regret using services.
I ordered Fruit Biscuits from Karachi bakery on Tuesday and received it in Ahmedabad on Thursday, but 40% of the Biscuits received were broken. Kindly improve on packaging and delivery handling.
If the developer can't make the payment gateway work, stop developing the app. Waste of customers time and loss of trust.
ORFER Tracking is not good. You have to enter order details manually.please work on it. Order tracking should start when some one placed the order.
Concept is good..But takes much time to deliver.. Unreliable app..Many time it won't load better to go web site for ordering
