The Chakra Walk App works on the understanding that each chakra, or energy center, operates with a different sense of reality, a different sense of what is true and important at that location. Using bare attention, you tune in to different parts of your body. Taking a minute to scan your body up, and a minute to scan your body back down, you develop a healthy routine of self and environmental awareness.
The Chakra Walk App can give some variety to your meditations. It can be used alone or with your regular practices.
