Easy work-out for healthy body. Fitness guide to improving flexibility and muscular power.
Any movement that requires moving a body part to the point at which there is an increase in the movement of a joint can be called a stretching exercise. Stretching can be done either actively or passively. Active stretching occurs when the person doing the stretch is the one holding the body part in the stretched position. Passive stretching occurs when someone else moves the person to the stretch position and then holds the person in the position for a set time.
Covers following stretching exercises:
- Arm, Wrist, and Hand Stretches
- Foot and Calf Stretches
- Hip Stretches
- Knee and Thigh Stretches
- Lower-Trunk Stretches
- Neck Stretches
- Shoulder, Back, and Chest Stretches
Benefits of Stretching

- Reduced muscle soreness, aches, and pains.
- Improved flexibility.
- Good muscular and joint mobility.
- More efficient muscular movements and fluidity of motion.
- Prevention of some lower back problems.
- Improved appearance and self-image.
- Improved body alignment and posture.
Muscle and joint flexibility helps you look better, feel better, perform better and avoid injury. Try these easy to follow programs after you exercise and your body will love you!
All stretches are Static Stretching techniques, which involve passively stretching a warm muscle to the point of mild discomfort and holding. Doctors recommend holding stretches anywhere from 10 to 60 seconds, so you can choose a Default Stretch Length in the My Settings section that works for you. You can also choose a Default Program so that when you open Stretch Guru, it will automatically launch your favorite set of stretches. You can also do this by hitting the Quick Start button. Voice prompts will guide you through your routine and if you prefer the vibrate mode, please mute your device.
The Top 6 Stretches takes you through the most important ones for your sport. These are the major muscles used and that often cause injury if not kept flexible. If you have just a few minutes, use this program after exertion. If you have a little more time, chose the Top 12 Stretches. If you’d like a more extensive program, choose the Top 18 Stretches. You can also create three Custom Programs in the Routines tab and rename them to suit your needs.
We have limited this program to the best 18 stretches for each sport to keep Stretch Guru simple and easy to complete. Stretch Guru gives you 3 seconds between sides and 5 seconds between stretch types to reposition. To learn how to perform the stretches correctly, please go to the Stretches section and click or swipe through the various screens. For most of the Stretch Guru editions, the stretches are mainly standing stretches, as we don’t always have access to a dry mat post exertion.
If you find this Stretch Guru app helpful, please go to the Apple App store or Android Market and search for Stretch Guru programs pertaining to other sports and disciplines. More information can be found at http://loriliving.com/stretch-guru/ and on Facebook at Stretch Guru.

Eye Anatomy (Full eye handbook)
The human eye is an organ which reacts to light for several purposes. As a conscious sense organ, the mammalian eye allows vision. Rod and cone cells in the retina allow conscious light perception and vision including color differentiation and the perception of depth. The human eye can distinguish about 10 million colors. Eye consists of eyebrows, eyelashes, eyelids, pupil, cornea, eyeball.
In common with the eyes of other mammals, the human eye's non-image-forming photosensitive ganglion cells in the retina receive the light signals which affect adjustment of the size of the pupil, regulation and suppression of the hormone melatonin and entrainment of the body clock.
Effects of aging (Eye color)
There are many diseases, disorders, and age-related changes that may affect the eyes and surrounding structures.
As the eye ages certain changes occur that can be attributed solely to the aging process. Most of these anatomic and physiologic processes follow a gradual decline. With aging, the quality of vision worsens due to reasons independent of diseases of the aging eye. While there are many changes of significance in the no diseased eye, the most functionally important changes seem to be a reduction in pupil size and the loss of accommodation or focusing capability. The area of the pupil governs the amount of light that can reach the retina. The extent to which the pupil dilates decreases with age, leading to a substantial decrease in light received at the retina. In comparison to younger people, it is as though older persons are constantly wearing medium-density sunglasses. Therefore, for any detailed visually guided tasks on which performance varies with illumination, older persons require extra lighting. Never put your eyes on the solar system. Be careful with eye makeup! You will find eye makeup ideas, tips and eye makeup tutorials in our app. No more eye illusions!

Various eye care professionals, including ophthalmologists, optometrists, and opticians, are involved in the treatment and management of ocular and vision disorders. A Snellen chart is one type of eye chart used to measure visual acuity. At the conclusion of a complete eye examination, the eye doctor might provide the patient with an eyeglass prescription for corrective lenses. Some disorders of the eyes for which corrective lenses are prescribed include myopia (near-sightedness) which affects about one-third of the human population, hyperopia (far-sightedness) which affects about one quarter of the population, astigmatism, and presbyopia, the loss of focusing range during aging. So you should take notes on your eye (eye note).

The fundamentals to a successful back care program are stretching, strengthening and weight loss. This is the first in a series of Low Back stretches & strengthening exercises. Like this program or want more exercise variety??? Then see ZinnFitness Low Back Care Protection & Complete Apps. Each of these longer apps includes 4-5 min gentle warm-up, new stretching routines & video demonstrations featuring strengthening exercises for maximum low back improvement.
DIRECTIONS: Do a short cardio warm-up such as walking before using this app to get your heart rate up, blood circulating and body temperature elevated. CONSULT WITH YOUR PHYSICIAN BEFORE USING THIS OR ANY EXERCISE APP. Never push through any pain. Stretching is only about a mild ache in your muscles…not pain. Let your body be your guide. LISTEN TO YOUR BODY.
Make sure your phone volume is set to the Maximum to be able to hear the instructions. If the sound is still not loud enough, consider using earbuds or headphones. Also make sure that any SCREEN BLANKING screen saver is turned off or to a time frame longer than this app so that your screen does not go blank in the middle of your exercise.
Initially perform exercises in front of a mirror to confirm correct form and technique. If you are having trouble performing this App, watch it a few times to see and hear the correct form.
Be sure to do the Low Back Care Intro App several times before moving on to the Low Back Care Complete & Low Back Care Protection Apps.
This is a static image with 3 choices showing three levels of difficulty. For each stretch, choose the one that provides a dull ache without any pain. On some you may decide on the Basic level while on other stretches, you may choose a more advanced level. (The pictures do not move or change…the app is not a touch screen during the stretches.)
The total time to run the App is 7 minutes.
1. Don't bounce!
You will get the best stretch, and prevent injuries if you avoid bouncing. Instead, hold the stretch, and feel a constant pull in the muscles.
2. Focus on those low back muscles.
While a good overall routine is helpful, your emphasis should be on the low back muscles since they will be most heavily involved in your workout.
3. Warm up before stretching.
Just some easy walking or a light jog will be sufficient to warm up your muscles, but it will make the stretching session much more valuable.
4. Begin slowly.
You don't need to touch your toes right away: Begin slowly and push yourself as your muscles loosen up. Stretching too much, too soon can be painful and potentially harmful.
5. Hold the stretch.
Once you feel your muscles reaching their limit, hold the position for a count of 5 and BREATHE. Then push yourself a little further and hold again for a count of 5 and BREATHE.
6. Don't rush your stretching routine.
If you're going to have to cut your workout short, don't skip or shorten the stretching. This is more important than an extra set of reps or another half mile.
7. Losing weight will significantly help your low back. If you are overweight, then losing weight will give you large gains in your efforts to improve your low back.
8. Do app daily.
** Thanks to 200.000 installs, we changed the app AD-FREE, enjoy!! :) **

The human eye needs frequent eye treatment, so it is recommended to do the vision training (or vision therapy) every day for suitable results at your vision improvement. Eye muscles should be trained often for winning your eyesight back (eye test). You will see, it will be like one of the eye games.
About our eye:
Eyes are organs that detect light and convert it into electro-chemical impulses in neurons. The simplest photoreceptors in conscious vision connect light to movement. In higher organisms the eye is a complex optical system which collects light from the surrounding environment, regulates its intensity through a diaphragm, focuses it through an adjustable assembly of lenses to form an image, converts this image into a set of electrical signals.
Visual acuity, or resolving power, is "the ability to distinguish fine detail" and is the property of cone cells. It is often measured in cycles per degree (CPD), which measures an angular resolution, or how much an eye can differentiate one object from another in terms of visual angles.
Color vision is the faculty of the organism to distinguish lights of different spectral qualities. All organisms are restricted to a small range of electromagnetic spectrum; this varies from creature to creature, but is mainly between wavelengths of 400 and 700 nm.
An eye handbook might help you for more info about the eye (or eye tracking).
Pro version is like an eye magic app with 8 new trainings including dominant eye recognition and an eye color blindness test! An eye quiz with exciting eye illusions will be added later!
