About this app

The “Leumapp” App offers a new way of approaching the history and culture of the Leumann Village to make each visit a unique and unforgettable moment. Multimedia contents such as videos, audio, photos and testimonies will be conveyed which will delve into the cultural, artistic and historical context of the place with immersive elements and strategies to make the visit of the route emotional and interactive.
Discover the charm of the Leumann Village, a place where time has stopped. Immerse yourself in the atmosphere of the early twentieth century, among stories of daily life and unique architecture designed for the well-being of working families.
To take a dive into the past and learn about the history of this workers' village and its inhabitants, all you have to do is download the "Leumapp" App and walk among the historic buildings. Thanks to geofencing, when your device enters the virtual perimeter, established by the itinerary you have chosen, the contents will automatically be activated. Geo-fences are connected to GPS systems to detect when a device leaves or enters a geo-fenced area, so you will only need to have the app open and GPS active.
If you want to get involved with other visitors, you can participate in the challenge by answering the questions that will be proposed after each piece of content and intercepting all the multimedia content. You can post photos of your experience on the Leumann Village profile directly from the App and if you want to know the historical function of a building, all you have to do is tap the AR (Augmented Reality) button and point your smartphone in its direction, you will have all the information you need to identify it.
