Common dieting principle - Good but no instructions regarding size Uses basic and common dieting principles. There is nothing Japanese about it. Easy to adopt for vegetarians, just change the fish and other meat to tofu. Unfortunately not precise regarding amount or size. Bad English. Anyway a good plan for people with no plan how to diet :-D
Very Effective I did not strictly follow the menu. like I eat one to two crackers when hunger strikes or adding a bit balsamic sauce in my salad or seasoning my chicken :p but still im losing 1lbs per day :) together with a daily dose of cardio
More vegetarian friendly would be nice As a vegetarian there are very few option, and i am not satisfied with the answer because i am a vegetarian therefore i don't need to be on diet. Most vegetable are loaded with carbohydrates which are not ideal for diet, and with rice and pasta they are just plain suicidal for any diet plan. Please take our comment seriously, we voice out for a reason
Am I missing something Seems like another crazy 'get fit quick' scheme... surely you would go on a mad binge once the diet is over and your body would go into overdrive and store the calories... was looking forward to this app but found it to be a massive let down...
6 Bags of Sugar - Gone Last day of the Japanese diet and dropped from 77 KG down to 71.3 so 'nearly' 6Kg in just 13 days although last few days the weight loss has been slowing so you can probably look to reduce this to a 10-day diet. Fat% dropped from 16.4% to 14% and Water% rose from 56% to 58.5%. Happy with the results, it was tough in the first week not eating much but got easier, walked 3 miles per day, Yoga weekdays for 20mins at a time and lots of water. Happy to say my spare tyre has pretty much gone.
This diet is very effective but app has no sense. I could save diet menu from internet so what is the point? Add something more advanced, at least day counter or calory and weight tracker.
