Ratings and reviews

A transaction has been performed from my end using meezan Bank application. During the transition an error occurred and the amount got deducted. But the bill is still unpaid. I did not get any confirmation email against this transaction but i got confirmation message from the meezan bank. When call at helpline they said we are not able to guide you anything. As well as they declined to generate any kind of complain against it. Highly disappointed.

Well, most of the time, this app is deadly slow. Your IT team should be capable enough to fix the problem, but looking at the reviews, customers have been struggling for years. Hire someone who can fix this. Update: All the apps are on auto update, and I have double checked, its up to date. Please fix the issue rather than just giving machine answers to customers.

Horrible interface. I keep trying to register myself but it keeps telling me ,"passcode has expired"(at every stage). When I'm trying to input my card and nic details, the same message. When I try to accept terms and conditions, the same message. What does a pass code have to do with any of these things. I don't like this app at all abd I regret ever opening an account in this bank, especially if the online banking services they provide are this horrible.
