Alaexa integration does not work, which was one of the biggest reasons we chose this light. Goes to a page with the following error: NoSuchKey The specified key does not exist. The other parts of the app seem to work fine though. UPDATE: I was not able to add the Alexa integration via the Hubspace app. Instead, I went into the Alexa app and then went into skills. Then search for the Hubspace skill and add that. Now Alexa integration works. Still not a great app experience.

Just installed he outlet and I wish I could upload a photo but it's unable to detect any 2.4ghz signals..and the option under connectivity saying, "Wi-Fi has not been setup. Complete the setup using the setting below." Is "faded" and I'm unable to click. Removed product and readded and same thing. Trash 🗑️ process. (Edit / Update) Connected after an hour, process is smooth when it works. Will buy more products if this one holds up. 😊

had to change my review to 1 star because the app refuses to recognize or connect to my wifi which means I have to wait about a minute and a half for the app to connect to my damn lightbulb in the first place and ANOTHER minute and a half for whatever changes I made to actually take effect. It's great if you literally want to waste 3-5 minutes just turning a light on and off, but if that's not your thing, steer clear.
