Adding car details is more difficult than it needs to be... Why make folks guess the answer? Add a drop down for Car Type so that we can pick what best describes the car so that we don't have to guess. Same for color. I have an orange car, but it says it's not an option. I didn't know what the available options are because it's a text field, not a drop down. Then when I finally get it all set up, it doesn't let me add time to my existing session. Says "session unavailable"

This App is not user friendly and the first time using it, I got a parking ticket for $120 after my information was already in the system and I was paying $25 for 2 hours of parking. I got a notification while parked to confirm I was still parked so I thought everything was fine. Just a little over 2 hours of being parked, I come back to a boot on my vehicle which inconvenienced everyone in our trip for having to wait for someone to come take it off. Definitely would not recommend!

This app automatically turns the flash on when trying to scan a credit card. My credit card is silver! It can't see the numbers! I turned it off manually and it just kept coming back on. Hell I'm already PO'd due to paying for an expensive hotel and then also having to pay to park. The parking lot is half empty. It's not like it's a space problem.
