Absolutely ridiculous, I've had funds in this wallet for almost 5 years and I can't pull them out. I've tried everything, turning off/on vpn, trying again after closing the app. Basically everything the app tells you to do if you have an issue.... but after 5 years of trying off and on and still not being able to withdrawal my crypto... like come on, my brain starts to draw the conclusion that the developers are either lazy, scammers, or both.

I have used this wallet for the last three years & it just keeps getting worse & worse. I have it both on my phone and laptop....on the laptop, I've reset my VPN, cookies, uninstall the app, reinstalled the app, restored the wallet multiple times and no matter what I do. You still cant get the swap coin page to pull up its just blank. So then I go to phone and try, the page is up and I can swap but it only works 25% of the time or it says I dont have coins when I do. This is unacceptable atomic!

I liked the layout of the app. Everything seemed fine until I dealt with Customer Service when I attempted to send crypto. I tried to send all of one coin and I received an error message. Their CS is supposed to answer in one hour, and they did pretty well at the timing. However, they only gave me arcane things to try, that didn't have anything to do with my issue. No follow-up, no talking through the issue, no real help. Six different reps! They must get rewarded for most emails, not solutions.
