This is not a ridesharing app. Let me explain - yes you ride in a taxi with another person, but you don't split the fare at the end of the trip. You end up paying as much as you normally would if the other person wasn't in the taxi with you. So, there are no economies to gain, unless you enjoy chatting with strangers. And, as others have mentioned, they've effectively destroyed all free market ridesharing competition at LGA by forcing Uber, Lyft, Gett, etc out of Terminal B
Ruined the LGA LaGuardia airport experience by locking out Uber, Lyft, Curb and others. Makes me hate the TLC and that cab experience. I hope this app ends up failing as miserably as the experience it created for people coming into LGA after long delays.
This is a really cynical scheme that benefits the user a TINY TINY bit and Bandwagon a LOT. You split the fare but also pay Bandwagon about another 80% of the fare. My savings was about $2.60 on a $51 fare. Bandwagon made $38. What!? The app works well. Which is to say it works great at making bandwagon a ton of money and helping me out a very small amount. Add that they made it harder to get a Lyft or Uber at LGA and you have classic rent seeking. Congrats, Bandwagon. You're everything that's bad about tech capitalism. Change the billing ratios and you've got a great app though. Hit me back when you stop being greedy.
Forced to download to speed up a ride in LGA while waiting in line for 30 min in freezing weather. Great way to gain customers!
Total POS Couldn't find location for drop-off, had to log out multiple times, the pick-up point is in a different terminal... Laguardia actually found a way to make the travel experience worse during quite possibly the worst possible time of year. Bravo.
This a pathetic attempt that was probably subsidized by tax$. Let Uber and Lyft handle this please.
