calls are soo quick! but it could be more automated and even faster

Can't usefully have this open on laptop to read script while calling on mobile phone? Can't go back to missed calls and redial. Ended up with one person's details fixed on laptop as phone merrily connects to other contacts, so have to be very careful reading the script!

Generally, great customer service, however the latest update to the app does not allow you to advance without leaving a call disposition. There is no drop down for call disposition. I've created a ticket for this and haven't heard anything in about a week. Get this fixed and the rating will go up. Otherwise the app is useless.
