1. order and get delivered :yes 2. real time tracking : it exist on the app but its never up to date. so no 3. with other services you can order and get delivered in 1 week. with cartin even after arrival of your orders to your country, delivery services are too slow. never understood why. so basically if you are in a hurry, i highly dont recommend it. if your patient and dont mind waiting 1 month + then its fine.

They lost an item I had ordered. Despite my complaints and repeated visits to their offices, I was never refunded. They had promised me a solution, either a refund or a discount voucher for my next purchases. But in the end, I received neither a refund nor a coupon. It’s now been 10 months that I’ve been waiting.
