Ratings and reviews

I registered, passed the verification, top up my account and the next day a latter came with a refusal to confirm the address, they made me go though the verification again. At the stage of passing, an error appeared and I can go through the next verification only after 29 days!!!! I wrote in support to take the money, they have been silent for 20 hours in a live chat!!!

It's good app just to see the price and buy/sell on the go, useless for anything else. The charts are not updated, if I'm looking at a 4h chart at 1pm it's only showing me up to 4 am that morning for example, similar with all the time scales. The price notifications activate the self's whenever they want, does not work at all. The prices of some of the trading pairs displayed are completely incorrect.

It's okay but it needs improvement, the main issue for me is price alert. It doesn't notify me when I've chosen the price I want to be alerted at, whether it's down or up, it only tells me a 24 hour change. Please update this so a user can use it to be notified, it is crucial as a tool. Second point, if there can also be an option to have a horizontal line when touching on chart aswell as a vertical one, that would be useful.
