An interesting exchange, from the pros: registration in London (with appropriate regulation), data encryption, a large number of pairs for trading, low commissions. Definitely a plus. Previously, everything was fine, but now they require complete data from users, such as full name, position, earnings, and so on. Directly for tax data are collected. If you refuse, then they simply stop working with you and that's it) That's the way things are.

Worst experience ever. They have much issues with withdrawing and transferring to other sites. Customer service is poor with very slow response times. Definitely recommend using a different platform unless this is your last option. They won't even let me withdraw back to my own debit card at the moment. Had to update since my last review. Very scam app. They take your money and won't let you transfer it anywhere else. They won't even let you transfer it back to your bank to go elsewhere. Scam.

Love the app but when it doesn't work may the odds be ever in your favor. They have a good help center but if there is an issue that you may be having the bot can't help with and there is no agent available, your basically lost in the water. Recently the mobile app was down for a few days and the status page didn't say anything about it until people started leaving low reviews in the app store. So yea they really do need to do something about making there help center work when it counts.
