Smart Search™ uses Artificial Intelligence (Machine Learning and Natural Language Understanding) to retrieve relevant information for automotive technicians right where you do your work – at the vehicle.

With a simple keyword search, you can access:

Quick Service Summary: An at-a-glance list of specifications, including fluid type and capacity, torque fitment, and engine oil light reset procedure.

Procedures: Search a quick list of frequently used procedures or drill into a specific procedure, such as Brake Rotor R&R, for steps to complete a repair, including diagrams and component locations.

Wiring Diagrams: Stop walking back and forth to a computer – just “pinch and zoom” the Wiring Diagram right on your smartphone screen.

Technical Bulletins: The app includes Technical Service Bulletins available from every major OEM.

YouTube Videos: Smart Search™ provides not only OEM service procedures but also YouTube videos relevant to the specific vehicle and search criteria.

Parts & Labor Estimates: A hands-free alternative to finding Parts & Labor estimates. Type the component name and choose “Parts and Labor” and the P&L information is right there on your smartphone – no need for the time-consuming walk back and forth to your desktop computer or parts department.

Component Locations: Search the location of a component that you need to replace, such as the location of a Cabin Air Filter, quickly and easily right at the vehicle.

Specifications: Search a quick list of popular specification categories, such as “Wheel Nut Tightening Torque".

Keyword Search: CYTK Smart Search™ offers access to over 1 million pieces of content covering OEM repair information for all OEM Brands, right at your fingertips. Just type in a component name and select the category of information you're looking for and Smart Search™ will provide relevant OEM content right at the vehicle.

Ratings and reviews

As a professional tech and shop owner, this ap is comparable with Direct Hit/Indentifix and Mitchel1/On Demand. Ease of use is awesome for techs, especially if they are mobile. Waiting for the developer to incorporate some office management to the ap and I may be cancelling some other, far more expensive things I am using currently. Nice tool in the meantime and definitely worth adding to the arsenal.

- Audio playback now in the background so CYTK doesn't steal output (when you're listening to music, for instance)
