Easyah takes the positive energy you put out, and leverages it to do even more work.

The app measures how many people are grateful to you for things you did. If you have a lot of people, then you're generating a lot of positive energy.
There are people in the world who would like to see more (and more!) positive energy (especially collaborative positive energy), and so they offer some of their skills and resources in return for the "gratitude" that people gave you.
So, they get more positive energy happening (because you are earning "gratitude" so as to reach out to them) and you get access to the skills and resources they offer.
All of which will hopefully put you in an even better place to create positive energy.
