Ratings and reviews

Let me start with a warning, do not set up auto pay. There's no way on the app or website to cancel your subscription. I needed the app for my kids but they learned very quickly how to get around it. Before the first year was up I looked everywhere to find how to cancel the subscription but couldn't find anything. I emailed customer service about the issue only to get auto nonsense responses that didn't help at all and you won't even get a response until a month later. I can't even get a refund.

Features promised are not available. Schedule doesn't work. The schedule is set for a specific time but it shuts off at odd times, unrelated to the set schedule. When the phone usage is locked, it removes all apps from the screen but when it's unlocked, all folders are gone. Can't monitor usage through the app. additionally, customer service is atrocious. they failed to cancel my account twice in the past year and I'm close to doing a charge back with my credit card if they don't fix it right

My child figured out very quick how to get around it so almost a year ago I requested to cancel because you can't do it through play store flashforward to now and I was charged for another year and I can't get a straight answer from anyone. update received an email that stated they would refund me in 24-48 hrs but if I delete this review. I never got a refund (surprise surprise) and I stand by my review. I would take extreme caution before downloading this app let alone sign up for a subscripti
