Just like many others, I was scammed out of $49.99. I signed up for a free trial and then an offer popped up saying something about a reduced price. They then charged me the $14.99 as well as the $49.99. When I cancelled the free trial, and requested a refund, they told me that they couldn't refund the special offer. They actually did refund the offer, but not the other amount that should have never charged. They keep responding with, "we are processing your refund." 2 months later...

terrible customer service. canceled this a year ago and was just charged for it again. never even used the app because it didnt do anything I needed. customer service wouldn't cancel and kept telling me that they wanted to know what was wrong with my app. You cannot cancel within the app you have to contact them apparently. Now trying to get a 40 refund for something I do not want and will not use.

Family Time is NOT a user friendly app. There are far better free apps to use. They have terrible customer service, you cannot talk to anyone and they only communicate through email. There is no phone number where you can reach customer service with billing issues. I requested to cancel my membership and 2 days later, they billed me. After several emails, they emailed and stated I would get a refund in 4-6 weeks. It has been almost 8 weeks and still no refund and no response. Horrible company!
