I thought this app might be helpful to track calories because among other things it promised it could identify food by photos. Unfortunately it doesn't seem to be accurate and typing every in much too time consuming and difficult. I have tried repeatedly since the first hour I downloaded this app to get a refund. Although They rule u could cancel within 48 hours... Getting a refund is as impossible as as using the app. Don't waste you time (or money)!

Purchased the 3 month trial, went through the questionnaire multiple times, all to get to the end where you need to pay MORE money. Would not even let me into the app after already paying $40. I have emailed support 2 times and they are only available mon through Friday business hours and respond with a "ticket number". This is ridiculous don't waste your time or money. Wish there was a number to call to get my refund, but i have a feeling I won't ever see that.

This app is nothing but a scam. I tried it because it said 'IN-APP PURCHASES" but you cannot do anything without giving your card details. I had to answer their awfully long survey at first, wasting my time. But at the end they force us to subscribe for 3 months. You have to say that first, not at the end of the survey which you possibly collect data for your improvement. Despite your achievements and awards, I am totally disappointed as a user.
