🫤This app seems to have significant issues. However, I'm still trying to work with it & give it time to improve. I accumulate tickets (rarely), but I find no clear way to redeem them or the rewards change or are very often not operational. Some items or receipts are not recognized by the scanner, leading to no points being awarded. I go through the (long) process of scanning & often get nothing, or it says incomplete even tho I completed all necessary steps. Items often scan as unrecognizable.

I don't understand how you cash out when you get to 5 euros, there's no button or anything to click on to obtain your reward. Customer service said the rewards aren't working in my country yet, this should be stipulated in the app, I'm not scanning anymore until I can cash out the ones I've earned. Some items aren't recognised by the scanner, and for online receipts it uploads them with no way of adding a bar code next and you get 0 points. Ill update my review if I can cash out my rewards

Would love to be able to give more than 2 ☆ but as the company does not have a date when you are able to claim vouchers in the UK, and is unable to provide even an estimate, it does make you believe it's a scam. indeed why offer the app in the UK when you can not cash out any vouchers. I've messaged customer services and they can not provide an answer to when the vouchers will be available. Once they are available I will duly alter my ☆..
